This is a cool video that demonstrates some instability in the knee after an MCL sprain. The MCL ligament is represented between the two dog heads. The finger is pointing to the femur as I'm applying #sportsinjury valgus stress to the ligament.
It's subtle but notice the difference in the amount of movement when comparing the uninjured (right) to the injured (left) side.
